New York Fashion Weeks: Highlights from Spring/Summer 2024

New York City is buzzing with excitement as New York Fashion Week returns. This fashion show promises unforgettable moments, with iconic brands like Ralph Lauren and 3.1 Phillip Lim making a comeback on the schedule, alongside the exciting debuts of rising talents like Grace Ling and recent “Project Runway” winner Bishme Cromartie.

The New York Fashion Week Runway action-packed agenda officially commenced on Friday, marked by the highly anticipated premiere of Peter Do at the helm of Helmut Lang. The talented Vietnamese-born designer has been granted the opportunity to breathe new life into the minimalist ’90s brand, which had been without a creative director for years. Do masterfully paid homage to the label’s original style while injecting his own romantic flair, including a captivating collaboration with poet Ocean Vuong, notably showcased in his men’s and women’s suits.
